7748 Rancho Cucamonga dominos - Dominos pizza

I place a delayed order for my lunch at 1130. It doesn't show up till 12 so I call and the manger said it could of been there early or late and she choose late with out calling me to let me know. I revive my food I eat part of the cheese sticks and they were undercooked and made me sick and could not continue to work. I feel that service at this store was unacceptable and I will never order from another dominos due to this service.
