0 Got a call today from a district manager who was very apologetic and offered to send me free food (coupon) in the mail. Said they were hiring new people and asked me to please try them again in the future. I am happy that they aknowledge the problem and seem to want to fix it. Satisfied with how it turned out and hope it never happens again.
