Vouchers, Coupon and Specials - Pizza Dominos

I live in Alice Springs and we have a domino's store that DO NOT ACCEPT VOUCHER ,COUPONS of any kind not even doing the Tuesday deals.
. Why do we have to be penalised ???? ... A Franchise the size of Domino's should have a marketing concept available across all stores (even if it is not at the same deal priceper store) which could be understood in line with the store location, but NOTHING AT ALL is a bit much ..
