Domino's Pizza Complaint

Dear Sirs,
This is a complain from a regular customer,
we've been treated as a completely disposable client , extremely mistreated with a whole stream of serious customer service mistakes, which could really effect our loyalty to the whole franchise,
First the order arrived 20 minutes late, then when we started dipping in we found out that the order we've received is incorrect , is different than what we've ordered , so we called the branch gave our complains , so they sent us the correct order but after 1 hour !
On receiving the right order , they asked us to give back the wrong one ,
Called the branch , explained that this is not professional , and that the mistake came from their side so they have to compensate us , he refused , told him , ill return the new order and we won't order from you ever again , he did nothing,
Here in Egypt , Domino's managment is ruining your Domino's reputation , as this is not the first time you hear customers complain of it,
